The general warranty period is 12 months from the delivery date.
For the carcass — the wood frame and all wooden components — the warranty period is 10 years.
The warranty covers repair or replacement of defective components. It is granted for products used under normal conditions and for the purpose for which they were made, taking into account natural wear over time.
Folds in the textile are normal for removable covers and upholstery and are not a defect. Noise from metal mechanisms is also not a defect; it is resolved by periodic maintenance, with lubrication at the moving points.
The delivery term is set by contract and by order confirmation. The supplier undertakes to deliver the goods within the agreed term and to guarantee their quality. Any delay is communicated to the buyer in advance, together with the reason and the new delivery term.
